🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Manufacturing faults

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

  • Product must include all accessories, manuals, and tags.


🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is not functioning as described

Return Window:

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds:

  • After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or power fluctuations

  • Products with missing accessories or packaging

  • Items purchased under clearance, sale, or special offers (unless defective)

🚚 Pickup & Return Shipping

  • We offer free pickup for eligible returns inside Kathmandu Valley.

  • For locations outside the valley, customers may need to send the item via courier, and we’ll reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (for valid cases).
